FIBC’s are one of the most cost effective and ideal types of packaging for shipping and storing dry bulk products. They can produced from either tubular or flat polypropylene (PP) woven fabrics. These fabrics can be both coated or uncoated and vary in different weights depending on the requirements of the Safe Working Load (SWL), or Safety Factor (SF).

An FIBC can be as simple as an open top with a flat base used commonly within the building industry or, as a high tech unit produced within a clean room production environment to be used within the food/pharmaceutical industries. Most importantly, each FIBC is manufactured to meet a customer’s specific requirement.

Bulk materials may create static electricity on the bag wall during filling and/or discharging process. This static electricity can produce sparks on the surface. If the bag is surrounded with flammble dust and/or gas during filling and/or discharging it may cause potential hazards like fire and explosion due to sparks born by static electricty.

Elsim Astas (Tunnel Loop)

Elsim Astas has two tunnel shaped lifting loops made from the continuation of the wall material and reinforced by narrow by narrow woven belts at each corner. This models allow very easy handling with fork lift trucks.

other dimensions filling and discharge spout and the loops are available in accordance with the user's requirement

Elsim Atlass model FIBCs has four lifting loops. Lifting loops are sewn on reinforced strippes of the body fabric of Big Bag. Elsim Atlass Model Big Bags are made from circular woven fabric. There are no vertical seam.

Elsim Triplos
Big Bag

Elsim Triplos FIBCs are designed to be lifted from one point. Lifting loop is the continuation of the wall material protected by a woven fabric on top.

Elsim Triplos is consisting of three layers.The inner layer is a mixture of LDPE and LLDPE, the middle layer is woven fabric and the outer layer is LDPE. The outer bag is used for protecting the main FIBC against rain, snow, dust and other unwanted effects during transportation and storage. The top part of the protection layer is welded in a way to obtain perfect protection.
Elsim Majosr (Bootle Shaped)

Elsim Majors has four lifting lopps. Lifting loops are sewn to walls of Big Bags together with folded wall material. This model looks like bottle neck shape which allows handling of the Big Bag with one or four loops.
